We are happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased online.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in original unused condition and all tags must remain in place.
You will be need to send the item back to us at your cost. Please ensure it is packed well.
Once the items have been received and reviewed we will either ship your replacement items or apply a credit to your account.
Incorrect or Faulty Item?
If you have received the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact us and we will arrange the return of the faulty item.
Once details of the item has been received we will happily issue you with a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Professing Time
We'll email you updates throughout the returns process as our team works through your case.
Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
